These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by SJ Tech Solution LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

SJ Tech Solution LLC provides web design, development, and digital marketing services for local service businesses. Our services include but are not limited to custom website design, development, hosting, maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), lead capture form setup, lead notification integration, content writing, and Google Ads management. The specific services provided to you will be outlined in your selected pricing plan.

Payment Terms

  • All services require a one-time setup fee, due before work begins.
  • Monthly service fees are billed on a recurring basis starting from the date your website goes live.
  • Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments exceeding 30 days.
  • All fees are in US dollars. Prices may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in earning your business through results, not contracts.

  • There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your monthly service at any time.
  • Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice via email to info@sjtechllc.com.
  • Upon cancellation, your service will continue through the end of the current billing period.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • We will assist with a smooth transition, including providing copies of all website files and assets upon request.

Intellectual Property

  • You own your domain name. If you registered it through us, we will transfer full ownership to you upon request at no charge.
  • Content you provide (text, images, logos, brand materials) remains your property at all times.
  • Upon full payment, you own all custom content assets created specifically for your website, including copy, graphics, and design files.
  • We retain the right to use general design techniques, code frameworks, and non-client-specific tools that are part of our standard workflow.
  • We may display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide timely and accurate content, images, and feedback needed to complete your project.
  • Review and approve design drafts within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure that all content you provide does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials we provide.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SJ Tech Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
  • We do not guarantee specific results, such as search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers, internet outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of our services. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes via email.
